Some tools on UnitConverterTool.com use your browser's localStorage to save your work locally. This is NOT a cookie. localStorage data never leaves your device, is not sent to any server, and can be cleared through your browser settings at any time.

We store:

• Notepad content (Online Notepad tool only)
• User preferences (dark mode, last used settings)

We NEVER store:

• Personal information of any kind
• Tracking identifiers or session tokens
• Cross-site data or browsing history

You can clear localStorage data at any time through your browser's developer tools or site data settings.

• uBlock Origin - blocks ads and trackers
• Privacy Badger - automatically blocks invisible trackers

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

This add-on instructs the Google Analytics JavaScript running on websites not to send information to Google Analytics. It works across all websites, not just ours.

UnitConverterTool.com works perfectly without analytics cookies. Opting out has zero impact on your experience.

Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other websites. You can manage your ad personalization preferences through Google's Ad Settings page.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings or aboutads.info.

Please note: Even after opting out, non-personalized advertisements may still appear on the site.

Here's what happens when you disable each type of cookie:

• Essential cookies disabled: The site may not function properly. Some features could break.
• Analytics cookies disabled: No impact on your experience. All tools work identically.
• Advertising cookies disabled: Ads still appear but won't be personalized to your interests.

Since all our tools run 100% client-side, disabling non-essential cookies has absolutely no effect on tool functionality.

We respect Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. When your browser sends a DNT header, we disable analytics tracking accordingly.
